PRICE SLASHED for quick sale. Nice house, nice owners! I know because they bought the house with us a few years ago. They need to sell today so have put their house on the market at a very realistic price, making it a bargain for all seasons or economic climates.

A tastefully reformed and comprehensively modernised village house that is ready for immediate use as a holiday or permanent home.

The two bedroomed property comes with a modern bathroom, attractive fitted kitchen and well proportioned reception room, all capped of with a fine roof terrace that provides excellent views.

Extra information provided in response to client enquiries;

Yes the ceilings are high, my husband is 6ft 2inch tall and there is plenty of space for him to grow!

The house will have some of the furnishings, it is normal for the Spanish to remove kitchens, ours will remain. The furniture ie chair and double sofa bed will stay in the front room and the wine rack in the hall. In the second bedroom there are two single beds which will not stay but the wardrobe and bedside cabinet will, also the tall boy set of draws. In the kitchen there is a small table and two chairs that will also stay. We shall also leave the fridge, which is almost new and in good working order.

Downstairs we have a shower room and toilet and a small patio, upstairs there is a terrace but no other outside space.

Plenty of parking on the street which is not a problem. We have had the house for 7 years and never not been able to park

Located within easy walking distance of the village centre, the house is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy the easy pace of village life. No car needed when you visit the local shops, banks, bars and restaurants or just wander down to the main square to join the locals watching thew world go by. Slowly!

Cuevas de San Marcos has a thriving, well integrated expat community so there will be no shortage of neighbours to offer help and advice whilst you learn the lingo. Make no mistake though because despite the substantial British presence this is a real Spanish village with a really special atmosphere.

The village is on the edge of the Subbetica National Park, a few minutes drive from the Iznajar Lake and within easy reach of Antequera, the airports at Granada and Malaga and the beaches of the Costa del Sol. Real Spain with all the conveniences. And if you really don`t want to drive there are regular buses from the town centre.
